Mictlán is a display typeface inspired by the kitsch aesthetic of traditional Mexican sign painting. Designed for headlines and short texts, it captures the vibrant spirit and bold personality of street visual culture. It received an Honorable Mention at the 2018 National Design Biennial and was featured in Typodarium 2018.
